PROCESSING TIMES
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- During launches, sales, or holidays, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

SHIPPING TIMES
USA:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, a confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
Please double-check your shipping address. 
If the address is entered incorrectly and the package is returned to us:
- The customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
- We cannot change the address once the order has shipped.

DELIVERY ISSUES
We are not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Packages marked as delivered
- Packages lost due to an incorrect address entered by the customer
